is it allowed ?

Hello guys ,
I am wondering if its allowed to open section in my forum where users request a program/crack , and if i found it over it , i give them link ..
the files will not be hosted on my website..
is it allowed to refer to these materials ??
in addition , what about if i referred so they can download movie or xvid.. or something .. is it allowed ? will that cause me problem ?? or close my hosting ?

 

it depends on your hosting TOS/AUP whether they are allowed warez linking or not.

if they did not allow it, once they found you have forum that do warez linking, I'm sure they'll take down your account.

 

the hosting is with godaddy ...

try looking for offshore web hosting that allow that kind of activities

btw am not going to host the files at my host..

Just linking to the files is contributory infringement in the US. Find a host outside the US.
