Is it allowed to use PayPal to sell digital products?

    Hi,
    Is it allowed to use PayPal for receiving payments to sell legal digital products?
    If so, what's their terms and conditions about that?
    Should I sell it as "Goods" or "Services"?

    PayPal allowing to sell Digital Product. but u need to be very careful , use some kind of digital goods delivery system software to have proof and show it to paypal if any charge back or Dispute occur in future !!!

    You can sell digital goods; however, they are not covered under PP agreements. I would suggest getting paid as a "gift" (no chargebacks). If you sell it on eBay, good luck...it's a toss up.
