Is it allowed to solicit paid projects obtrusively?

    Hello guyz,
    I need a reply from those who know DP rules in-and-out.
    I have just seen a guy with over 75 posts with nothing but 'Please PM your budget and we shall get back to you'.

    And he is doing it it many threads, not adding a bit of value to the threads.

    I am sure such useless posts(and members) are not allowed here! or are they? :eek:

    Usually when someone posts like that they are a dupe and trying to fly under the radar.

    Please PM me the details type posts violate the latest announcement in buy, sell, and trade.
