    If someone sell amazon books, is it allowed to provide incentive? For example: if you buy amazon books, you'll get bonus (freebie). The freebie can be anything: free ebooks, free subscription, free discount coupons, etc.....

    Fortunately, Amazon converts pretty well without the need for an incentive.

    Which section of the operating agreement says that you can't offer incentives and freebies? I offer free reports and ebooks on a few of my sites and many others do as well. I'm not trying to be an ass just would like for you to cite the text from the agreement prohibiting it for the benefit of all associates.

    Whether it is allowed or not in the operating agreement, verifying that they have ordered will be tricky.. Amazon won't give you any details of the customers via your associates account.

    If you collect their info for your list I don't think it would really matter if they actually purchased anything or not.
