If you intend your site to have anything to do with the Transformers movie or characters then it is a bad name, don't do it.

The two posters above me don't have a clue what they are talking about.

Even if the name is safe, if your going to be doing i what think (streaming the move online) then there might be bigger problems to worry about.

Movie domains are popular with individuals engaged in the film making industry as well as film enthusiasts. A keyword rich domain name is excellent for improving the overall search engine ranking of the website. I am considering buying a well known movie name.com. Would there be any possible issues I might have with this name...its a well known British movie.

I disagree. I think you would be open to many problems with this because you aren't changing the spelling of the name or anything. This would be a copyright infringement because transformers is brand name of sorts, and is not your brand name to use without permission. You need a license to use this. Unless you can aford the law suit, don't do it! Use something similar if you must, but not exactly the same. For copyright, the item material being copied has to something 'substantially altered' of which this isn't. Sure, many film enthusiasts try using stuff like this, but if they work in the film industry, it's likely that they have permission or have paid for license to cover a specific time period, or they are being sponsored by the brand.
