Yes. Point the domain to your own server(s). GoDaddy doesn't filter that, unless it is hosted on their servers (which they may still allow?).

Having an adult domain with GoDaddy and pointing it to another host is no problem at all. I do this for many sites.

Yes GoDaddy still allows adult on things they host as long as you have a paid hosting account with them. I have around 300 and something domains with them and many are adult and have very explicit names and I have never had any issues at all. They are also very professional when calling if you have any problems.

From looking at their ToS the only problem would be if you were using one of their free pages you get when you register a domain.

Absolutely it's fine. Doesn't matter what company you registered the name with. The only time you'd come across problems it with ccTLDs like .in, .cn, etc. The ones that don't allow porn sites on their extentions.

Yeah. No problems there. It's MAILING (aka spamming) that will cause problems. Since you just want to build a website, no problem.

As far the ToS goes, GoDaddy does not allow Adult-related site on itz free hosting package (i.e., the one which comes free with the domain). But once you pay for your web hosting, i believe its completely legal unless you send bulk/spam mails.

    Hope this helps.
