Is it allowed to add adsense on HYIP Monitors or sites promote ADS MoneyMaking progra

    Hi ,

    Recently I created a website that monitor and discuss MoneyMaking ads programs , Issues . As all of us know that the traffic generated from these programs is not welcomed / allowed by adsense because its incentive or invalid traffic , but what about the HIYP Monitors or sites and forums those discuss , talk and promote these MoneyMaking and hyip programs ?

    For example see this site :
    hyipmonitor.com

    Is it allowed to add adsense on HYIP, MoneyMaking Monitors websites like the one above ?
