yes the blog is fine but you still need to be wary of the line between legal and illegal, I think it's far to risky to be honest, OK you may develop it to a stage where you have an incoem from adsense, but just as its all fine and dandy adsense could ban you just like that I think before you go ahead, ask youself if the sites your creating are worh your time and effort? warex stuff is a very fine line...
