Is it against TOS?

    Just came across a site where the anchor tag is linked just above the ads.

    Is it a violation of the TOS?

    If the tags have keywords with the only aims at triggering Adsense Ads , then it sure is.

    As long as the anchor tags aren't saying, "click on the ad below", I don't see how it is a problem.
