I have a proxy site, it has about 80 uu per day and 5k + page views. I keep my ads only at homepage. I've decided to use this page impressions to display ads, so when someone goes to myspace for example, at top of the website is AdSense Add, and below is myspace website.

My question is - is it agains TOS to place adds at website like that ? I mean when someone visit not my website (myspace), only top of the site belongs to me :)

Keep the ads only on the homepage. Don't put any ads on the proxied pages.

Yes, you can only have ads on the homepage not on proxied pages
