I have had AdSense on my site a few times without any problems, I did however get the boot when I decided to buy some traffic.

The only issue that I know of is if you have an "adult" category that would fall outside of the TOS.

I suppose you could actually read the TOS. Then again why do that, when you can put your trust in the OPINION of someone who does not represent Google.

You should check your keyboard, it is writing most of your stuff in uppercase, maybe capslock is broken ?

As far as I know this is not a violation of the ToS, as long as you don't lead people into clicking ads and you have full permission on all of the content it should be fine.
