Is it against TOS to change ads size a little?

    if its from google adsense, i think yes. you can configure it in the adsense tab set up anyway.

    No, you can make any changing on the code, this is against adsense TOS

    Than can you check my site? The adblock in the sidebar is a little wider and there is just "Ads by Googl.." - so this part can't be seen without scrolling.
    Is that OK?

    instead of changing the ad size why don't you
    make your template a little bigger to get fit that ad size !!
