Is it against Goggle TOS?

    I have a blog:

    Essential Tools for Windows

    Please look at the ads placement, etc. And I also have Amazon Ads on that blog.

    Please let me know whether it is against Google TOS.

    from my experience with adsense and blogs that should be ok. as long as you don't pair up pictures next to ads you should be safe.

    The top add would probably do better without the white border on it. Also: check whether a links-element in that spot doesn't convert better (though you'll need traffic to be able to check within a reasonable timespan).
