    I would say it's a crappy webpage, but probably not against the T.O.S.

    The page looks too simple, you can at least make a site logo.
    I can see the type of Ads that are displaying on your page are high paying ones.

    As far TOS is concerned it seems to be ok but man you should at least distribute your content to few pages rather than piling them up in a single page . This is a single pager site :(

    make your site with human visitor in mind. check yout analytics and see what is the average duration of each visit. i bet its not gonna be any more than 2.5 seconds. if the site is not user friendly, visotrs will not click on the ads, they will click on the browser back button

    your ads are all over the place, because you have a bunch of unrelated keywords on the page... it's crap for contextual advertising.

    try using section targeting on the appropriate paragraph text.

    No, it's not quite MFA, so I think it will be Ok. Still, I don't think it will make you very much money, because the content is not very good (at least the formatting isn't). :(
