Is it against adsense TOS?

    I have seen a website,where they have published adsense near photos,Is it against adsense TOS?, May I try this in my websites?

    It depends on how the photos are set up. If it looks like the ads are captions for the photos, then yes, it may be against the ToS.

    it generally depends on the photos and the way they are set up sometimes you tend to get away and sometimes u are caught

    ToS only states that its wrong if it is done in a deceiving manner. So the example you provided, yeah probably.

    yes, its completely against TOS:

    - There is no content there
    - images are placed close to ads.
    - Using too many ad blocks per page

    I think it is 90% against the TOS as google is firmly for this situation.
