Is it a clear violation ?

    Hello, i found it very interesting and thought sharing it with you. In my site i run a cpm campain of easyad. In the 120X600 skyscraper instead of a banner, is shown adsense ads. Is this allowed? The publisher has not even asked for my permission and the worst is that this site is banned from adsense. If someone clicks the ads, isn't this account in danger? If you see, it is clearly visible the origin of the click. What should i do?

    The ads wouldn't be displaying on the site if it were banned from AdSense. If I've understood the situation correctly, I think the site has your banner in rotation with an AdSense unit. As far as I know there's nothing wrong it.

    I dont think it is against their terms of service. ok for me. better contact google to know the situation.

    the example that you mention is against the tos. that web site may be banned
