@richromo It looks like they have the site back going again, at least I can log in and check my pending articles. I've never (over the last couple years) been able to get them to return an email, and they are always very slow to distribute the articles, I don't think they reached the 7-10 goal on any of my articles, however they did get them done is less than a month for me in the past. I think they will likely get around to your articles eventually.
i lost 2-3 articles that were in pending state after they were back up. my distribution credit remains the same but 2-3 articles were lost. i emailed them and waiting reply
Richromo, i think our situation is the same, i have paid for the distribution credits & i can accept to wait for 7 to 10 days, or not longer than 14 days, but now they are holding my articles for more than 30 days and soon 45 days will come. My working plan was messed up by them. I wrote to them many times & just hope to hear some sounds from them, at least, let me know they are not dead yet! But i hear nothing! I'm very unhappy with them!
yes, i am facing the same problem! my 13 credits gone! and i email them on 10 June and yet to get any reply from Isnare!
I'm in the same boat with you all... articles had been pending already for 3 weeks and then disappeared after the crash - reloaded them and have been pending for ROUND2 for 7 or 8 days... Have emailed them MULTIPLE times It would be nice if they had sent out even a mass email to everyone that has been having this problem to recognize the situation more than the encrypted "sorry for the inconvenience" message. Does anyone know of a faster submission service that is still relatively cheap? I don't have the time to submit to all the article directories one by one.
My pending articles + credits are gone as well. I have been e-mailinjg them for two weeks now and submitted numerous help desk tickets. NO REPLY. I have lost $30 and that's not funny. I now submitted a complaint to 2checkout which is the company processing the payments. All I can say: STAY AWAYI canno tunderstand their attitude. Why on earth are they not replying to help tickets and e-mails. All I asked for is to get my 30 credits re-added ot my account. If my pending articles are gone, I can live with that. So nothing difficult. Howeve,r it seems they do not even read e-mails and support tickets submitted.
I have requested a refund and I got my money back. I had to fight for it, but I got. Thank god. They suck big time.... I lost 5 articles with them.... I am glad I have my articles saved... I don't know what is going with them. Whatever it is I want no part of it..... I got my money back and I am happy with that....
Can you tell us what you did to get a refund? As far as I can tell they don't publish a phone number and they don't answer emails or support tickets.
Isnare sux! And they are SUCKING even more lately.. Our service is similar to theirs.. Try us instead.

agreed nope.. i disagree with what you say 1) They do not reply email and support ticket 2) the lead time of distribute article is too long p/s: i submitted my article on 10 july and my article still pending for distribution...
10 july?.. today is only 1st july..?? haha.. i believed is typing error.. i have articles marked for distribution on 5 June still pending..
i also have paid to isnare to distribution last month, but my articles are still pending. i also tried to contact them viva support ticket but no one replied. i am thinking to email 2co for refund. What you say?
I had nothing but problems with Isnare too... I have articles sitting in queue for months and I am a Platinum member... Sad but true... Don't get your hopes up too high... They are extremely slow these days but I just bought another 100 credits because I do really like their results when they actually finally approve my articles.
