    i would like to know is it possible to transfer my adsense earning to my bank account with out cheque depossit?

    Yes Google pay into my bank account but your country must be included because the service is not available in most country.

    If your country is listed in the adsense direct debit countries list the amount can be directly wired to your bank account or else it is not possible.
