I don't know if if its just me, or if others have been as disappointed as I am in using AdCenter. Ignoring the fact that is only supports IE (huge problem for a Mac guy like me), and features the worst interface of the 3 primary PPC platforms, I am finding their technical support to be absolutely terrible. My adgroups have been "rejected" by MSN for 3 weeks now due to an "inaccessable URL" issue, even through the URL has worked fine for years. It works fine on AdWords, aon Yahoo Search, and on a few of the AdCenter adgroups, but is getting rejected on all others (even though its the exact same URL across all adgroups). My issue was "sent to the review group", and after a few days, I was told "everything is fine...it should work fine". But it doesn't! So, the response was then, "we'll have to send it back to appeals", days go by, and its the same, etc., etc. And, the "we'll get back to you within 24 hours" ends up taking days. I am caught in an endless do-loop, and about ready to punt AdCenter for good. Is this just me, or are others have similar frustrations? I don't know if others are having the same experience, or if I am just trapped in my own personal AdCenter twilight zone...
I just started with them myself - spent a bit of time getting the keyword urls done correctly and have been getting good conversions from the Bing/Yahoo searches so far. I did have an issue with a URL that seemed to do multiple redirects so worked around it for the time being. Still, regardless of which company, customer service should be a priority and you should expect your concerns to be addressed in a timely manner. I would suggest esculating it above those working on it right now.
