Is is happening with anyone too ?

Since the start of this month, I am not ranking for certain keywords for which i used to rank very well. I am still ranking for one keyword but its position tooo far. My traffic is decreasing day by day. Google is continuously de indexing my pages ( I came from 7000 to 4000 pages indexed by google in just 10 days ). Traffic from google is decreasing day by day.

Is there anyone of you facing the problem?
Is it Google Dance or what?
I never bough any link or never sold any links on my website

The main page of one of my sites has been 'pjunished' also another site dropped completely.
This happened at the beginning of the month.
No reason at all, so I hope soon big G will realize its mistake and bring back the ranks.
I hope...

 

Same case with mine.. My site traffic drops 60% since the start of this month.. I have red some thread here saying that this will last for 2 weeks so I will be expecting my site traffic to be back in a few days from now, I hope

 

I posted up a thread of friday, my website dropped away big time on the SERPS, then friday night i was back, yesterday was back, and today dropped again

total nightmare to say the least, my traffice & sales have dropped massively since this 1st April, all I am hoping for once they finish doing whatever they are doing my website is back roughly where it was

they dont half know how to put stress on us website owners thats for sure

What is something about the other sites that are now on top of yours that makes them better? I would research the ones that now rank better to see why they do.

 

It could possibly a google dance, but it does not effect every keyword.

No no it seems you are sandboxed, that's not good news man. You need to keep adding content and building quality backlins.

 

there is simply no reason of getting sandboxed. I never did over link building. never fast link building. it just happened suddenyl on march 31st.

 

you need to first exclude any reason why this is happening

- have you checked your site for duplicate content
- are all your redirects and 404 error handling working correctly
- does google webmaster suggest there is a problem
- does your site link to bad neighbours without you knowing (recently in the eye of google they became bad)

if the majority of pages are loosing ranking usually means the domain lost some trustrank in google eyes

 

I've gotten my pagerank back, but I was violating the guidlines, fixed that up & then made a reconsideration request.

However; my traffic continues to drop.

 

Comfort Eagle - what guidelines were you violating? And what changes did you make to fix?

 

I had some paid links on the front page. I nofollowed them. I included this info in the reconsideration request.

 

We did a bunch of SEO work on our site and were waiting for the crawlers to hit our home page. We dropped from page 9 to page 54. I have no idea what happened.

 

I was ranking on the 1st page of Google for several keywords and discovered yesterday that Google has delisted 99% of my site !!

What's going on?

I am VERY reluctant to spend any more time on this site unless I know it will be worth it

 

i think google dosent delist any page. they only drop our pages to down

 

It happened to my site a few weeks ago..., lost rankings, decreased traffic
this week the keywords are starting to regain rankings again
one by one
they said Google had danced

 

same here i also lost my top ranking on google and lost lot of index pages ... i don't know whats going on

 

What sort of paid links? I have a couple of "sponsors" and want to make sure I don't get hit by that.
