Would you report to G if you found out your competitor is cheating to gain better Search Engine ranking; using paid click fraud for adword or adsense etc?

Google will probably eventually find out themselves anyway.

I am sure you were a big fan of Pollyanna while you were a child :)
Google can not even find one of my competitors hidden texts on his 10+ domains.
For the topic If the trick is an easy one (hidden text etc) I report it but if it is a good one I don't report it.

Google manages to see always if content was copied, or if someone is trying to use paid click fraud :) it's just a matter of time until cheaters are discovered.
