I'm getting mixed reviews of InMotion. Some sites claim there the best shared web host out there and others say "Stay Away" apparently once you've committed to their one year plan they try to get you to upgrade to a more expensive plan or risk dropping/suspending your account. Anybody have first hand exp. with them ?
I really hate web sites that force you to purchase a year worth of hosting, great if they offer that option but people should be able to go on a month to month basis as well.

I had a client on my services who came from them, He said their service was crap and support was terrible.
I have used them after i changed from hostgator. Their support is terrible,it take them 2 day to fix some simple cpanel issue.
What might be good for some is bad for others. I checked their site and couldn't find any information on resource usage restrictions so I'm not surprised if they asked you to upgrade your account if you signed up for the cheapest plan. Know what you're hosting, how much you want to spend and go from there. Spend less, expect to get less in terms of resource usage. That's just how it works.
Even Inmotion customer service is also nice, quick and rapid __________________ The world is not enough for me
