I haven't received my payment yet so I'm a bit concerned. I sent an email to support asking when exactly will I be paid, but no reply so far and it's been days. Since it's my first payment I am getting more concerned.

My payment this cycle should be for $807.11, and it's of urgent importance I receive it promptly.

I have already sent the tax information stating that I have no income connected with the USA (although I sent that email to the Spanish support).

    Please check this.

I think infolinks needs to set up some online form which stating "I do not have any income effectively connected to the USA." and the publishers just need to type in their name and submit.

Otherwise we even do not know that we need to submit that form first to get out payment.

    Just an advice.

Hey guys, what's the problem... just send your mail and use the option for confirmation upon reading.
That way you'll be able to know that they actually read your letter...

Thanks for the compliment, can you provide a link to that form in our account if you decide to do this, and also links to those W8, W9 forms so pulishers do not have to look elsewhere.

I have been with infolinks for almost one year now, although at first they did not pay well, but I am glad to see that my income increased half a year later and I am happy about it, and their support is fast and friendly.

Just hope infolinks will grow steadily in the future so we can earn extra money, I think they are very good.

Best of luck to infolinks and we publishers, :D.

Well Shay, its sad to say...
but another payment cycle has passed, and my payments are still not being processed as promised by you and Jamie.

As previously documented on this site, I received a response from Jamie after submitting an email stating "I hereby declare that I do not have any income effectively connected to the USA." Jamie's response was "We are in the process of updating account details." This exchange of information occured Aug. 10, 2009

Since the details upon accessing your website were not update 48hrs later I decided to send Jamie a followup email on Aug. 12, stating "Thanks for the response Jamie. Is there anything else that you require from me to get the hold removed from my payments?" and on Aug 12 the response from Jamie was "We do not require any additional details for payment."

Well Aug 15 is the date that payments are issued and guess what .. no payment for me.
and now your website reports that June's payment is also being withheld just like all previous months.

I have been patient, but this is not acceptable.
This is now a full 4 months since signing up with Infolinks and still I wait for payment.

The same has happened to me this month. Now my payment for June says "These earnings are being held due to missing required payment details. To help us issue the payment asap, please contact our Support Team at .". I have sent every necessary detail.

I have contacted infolinks support several times without any answer, when I contacted support here in DP and he said "I checked your account yesterday and I saw that we are gonna issue your payment soon, the reason I didn't respond yet, is that I wanted to verify it with your Spanish Account Manager and she is sick at home. So, please don't be worry, since your payment will be issued on time!". That was on the 13th of August. And it was an obvious lie since it wasn't issued on time.

Now I'm a bit worried again, since I really urgently need that money ($807.11) now.

Shay - payment received. Thanks for your efforts in resolving this issue.

Since I discontinued using Infolinks over these payment issues . . .
I wish to donate my remaining balance of $35.96 to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.

Can you manage that also Shay? or will Infolinks just claim my balance as thier own at some future time?

    Infolinks I see you re answering everybody, but disdainfully ignoring that one;

So is Infolinks a shoddy business based on something forbidden by Adsense TOS?

So, is infolinks reliable or not. Considering what happened lately, are we still going to trust them or not?

i think adsense and infolinks have nearly the algorithm hence its better not put adsense and infolinks together.
