is indian debit cards can be used in uploading funds to moneybooker

    You are wrong.
    Indian Debit card are not accepted either in paypal or moneybookers. The only way for indians is to get a credit card .

    Neither Indian debit cards nor Indian credit cards will work for uploading funds in moneybookers as they are blocked by Indian banks since moneybookers offers their services to betting and gambling sites, the only way to upload funds in moneybookers from India is through a bank wire transfer
