    Is index of youtube music video legal?
    I want to run a website to index music video, as it is really hard to find music video from youtube, so I think there are a lot of people will like my website. but I have to make sure the legal issue before I start.
    I want to put google ads on this website also.
    please give me some suggestion.

    Some yes, some no... Youtube payed a few music recording companys to be able to allow the use of their songs. I'm sure if you looked around the web you'd find a list of record labels.
