    Surely, yes you can. Google has had new deal with pixazza which can give you some codes to place adsense on pics ! You must see it ;)

    Before you use images to make money, make sure you can use them in that way, or it would be a serious problem.

    Yes, you can. In-Image ads are allowed with Google such as Pixazza and Image Space Media

    The question is, why wouldn't they be? Google AdSense would not be what it is today if they did not allow Image Hosting websites to use their adverts.
