Superb! The last one is superb!Still some of the well known companies are forcing employees to use IE!
IE is actually a very good browser. All you folks crying to use firefox are just saying that because everybody is saying it. Why is it so much better? It DOESN'T load faster nor has a better layout. And If you are an experienced XHTML/CSS coder compatibility is NO problem at all. IE is not worse. FF is not worse and Opera is not worse. They are all professional browsers and you use wich you think is the best. And I think its IE7.
Thank you guys, let me try this way now- @ Social.Network, at early instance I didn't understand at all but I can see it clear now I like Barbie Firefox skin, could you point me to the Mozilla's page where I can download it?
I use Firefox, because not only does IE cope badly (aka not at all) with my browsing habits (crashes, slowdowns, etc), it also looks terrible. In the week before I got around to installing firefox on my latest computer, I had 3 crashes of IE, hour-long (to the second) computer slowdowns, and countless problems shutting down my computer. In the 9 months since then, I have not had any of those slowdowns, only 2 crashes, and the computer doesn't moan about IE being too lazy to close itself down when I try and shut the thing off.
IN security and Speed, Firefox beats all. IE is a waste of time in using it. Firefox has all the mods you want at their home site.
Thanks for the heads up, though I found there are 290 pages to look for :O Any ideas about the exact name of the Barbie theme? I tried with "Barbie" and "Pink" but didn't return results
firefox is lame as a browser itself, the only thing that makes it cool is the developer tools and addons. without them it sucks big time. i am still an opera lover since my first internet browsing toddler years.
Ermm... the question is now, where can I download Firefox Barbie theme? Is any Barbie theme for IE or Opera? BTW, I tried to learn more about Opera, but me thinks I found a wrong link http://www.staatsoper.at/Content.Node2/en/index.php Code (markup):
I can't see how you don't find the autocomplete useful.. and I can't see how it bothers you either. you just need to type in a fraction of the domain you're looking for and it will probably bring it up for you. Down arrow, enter. Done. If you don't like to use it, it doesn't matter, it disappears before the page loads. But I can't see how you wouldn't use it.. makes it much faster to browse.
Gotta admit it, this is the first time I heard some1 talking about Firefox like this. Dude, compared to Firefox, IE is just a crap to tell gently. FF isn't forced upon users, but IE is. If IE wasn't built into windows, it would've been difficult 4 it 2 even get a decent share in the browser market 4get about dominating it. May be you just didn't get ur way around FF. Its not FF's fault. end of the argument, FF rocks ... IE sux bigtime.
I found auto-complete annoying because it makes slower my surfing trying to correct the auto-completed URL everytime. Let's says I want to visit forums.digitalpointing.net, and nah, that thingy put forums.digitalpoint.com, but then I wnat to go to forums.digitpointers.com and again the annoyance. Sometimes the thingy matches the guessing and displays a drop down menu with forums.digitalpoint.com URLS, but pressing down arrow or tab causes it loads a partial address leadign to error. That is surfing at turtle speed, not to mention that, if I would like to visit MozillaBarto.com, I have to browse down the whole Mozilla bookmarks that come first in the auto-complete address bar feature. All the above URLS (except Digitalpoint) are purely fictional, if the sites exist, that was pure and genuine coincidence :O @Kraftzy... the question is how can I get rid of Firefox auto-complete annoyance, unwanted Mozilla bookmarks and install the cute Barbie theme, not how much you love this thingy
