    I used to use it
    But after a while I just do it buy eye
    It is good for yahoo and new sites
    For Google it is not really necessary

    I am familiar with SEO Elite and I think it does the trick very well, I haven't used IBP therefore cannot answer this question, however I would advice anyone to try out SEO Elite.

    I use IBP for my onpage and I have no complaints. but SEO elite is better for the offpage

    IBP is a good software for onpage seo. It's never outdated because it compares your site/keyword to the top ten in most search engines. I never used its submitting features, so I can't comment there.
