Hi, My Weight is 69 kg.. I need To reduce Weight at-least 5 kg. I am started diet. Is i am taking correct food .. Morning 1 Glass of oats without milk (salt) Two Badam After Noon: 5 Pisces of Bread With To-motto, carrot, cucumber 4.pm Taking one cup of tea with sugar 8.30 pm taking one chapati and one glass oats i am taking these above diet for last three days.. i palnned to continue this diet till this month end.. This is correct diet food.. if i ate like this i reduce the weight? I dont have time to spend for exercise)
What's your height? Because I think 69 kg is not quite heavy for a moderately tall person. About the question of reducing weight, the principle is the the input energy is less than the spent energy. So it really depends on what kind of work you are doing, too. Just try for a month to see if it's effective. Of course, I think you should spend just ~30 min per day for doing exercise.
Well...Taking care of your health is not that bed..but too much diet let you gain more fats as I was watching an interview of fat women on TV she was saying that when start dieting my metabolism was just disturbed because of being on diet due to which my digestion system was not working properly and because that diet my weight was increased..so when i left on diet and start proper not too much food for my health i just reduced my weight accordingly.
Bread is bad for weight ... MUST renounce at all Also drinking crap like Soda Cola etc is no good It is necesary to ear Vegetables and Fruits mostly And very low meet like sea food chicken ... Drink Water Eat 3 times a day and take 2 snacks by snack i mean vegetable or fruits no crap snack ....
