I have never had any problems with hostgator. I don't know what you guys are running into. I have emailed their support a couple of times, and they have been extremely helpful. What were your websites about? Were you using too much of their resources? You should've received an email telling you about your accounts' status. It is possible that your website may not have met their criteria..or they might have withheld your info for fraud etc..Call them..

I'm amazed people think HostGator is "great" at customer support. They are just terrible. I've used a dozen webhosts over the years, and I've never seen such shabby "support" then from these guys. I remember once foolishly upgrading to a semi-dedicated server with them. My God, it was like pulling teeth. I had never had to jump through so much hoop just for the privilege of paying someone more per month.

Zipdisk, it happened to me a week ago. Before you contact the support you have to fill in your login details. Now try this:
Login to your account with the same details you used to contact them.
There is a great chance that they've aswered the question, but did not update you!!!

    Good luck!!!
