Is hostgator down ?

Guys i hostgator.com opening for you ? I have been trying for a few hours and its not working my side. I have tried everything clearing cookies, history etc etc

 

I don't have any problem access it.

 

Nope, It is up and running my end.

After making this post, my sites went down with a database error.

Here what Hostgator had to say "(4:31:41 AM) Jonathan Tr: that server is expeircing some mySQL error we are aware of it and are working on it" not sure if this is the problem you are having.

it working fine at my end, but from last one month i am facing slow response from all my sites hosted on hostgator.

 

Hostgator main site is up; some of the hosted sites were down.

Its been like 2 weeks now and i am having problem with HostGator. My sites are opening very slow, i cant even access the control panel properly. Their support has done nothing to solve it!!!

 

Too bad for that.

Your best bet is move to new hosting company.

Lemme know if you're looking for new host,i willing give you extra month if you still have prepaid month at your previous host.

 

check the ".hosts" file on your computer, as it looks like only you having a problem with them.

 

Most of my sites are hosted with them only. All of them are working properly for the past 10 days.

 

you tried flushing your dns


ipconfig /flushdns

 

hostgator.com is workign for me.. however all of my sites are down!!

live chat: "There currently are 152 people in front of you."

Its up now but so many people having trouble since last 1 month in Hostgator.

 

hostgator.com might be up but the server where clients sites are hosted can be down (specially mine). Now another problem has started since yesterday. I keep on getting error

"Cannot establish connection to database"

There is no problem with ISP as i have 2 different ISP's plus i even have problems accessing site on mobile phone. I also tried using Google DNS / Open DNS and before posting here i do ask people in my contact list to check whether site is opening for them or not.

 

hostgator has multiple servers probably some of them are facing issues
