    I say No Daddy for hosting :) HostMonster vs Hostgator is tough...both are good. Recently hostmonster has been acting up but I'm sure they will figure it out soon as they always do.

    Host gator gave me problems at the begining with there server being down several times, which seems weird at the time. There reply was we were having a maintenence check and will rectify your account as soon as 19 mins later it was fixed. But i never turned back to them and started my own hosting company with my servers and havent look back since.

    That's too bad. When was this? 19 minutes isn't bad, is it? I haven't had any downtime yet but I've only been with them since November.

    out of all the hosts i've used, hostgator by far sounds the best and give the best speed, features and all. I just sign up for 0.01$ using coupon code whenever I'm bored and use it on those fly-by-night sites for rapidleech and all :p

    HostGator is one of the worst hosting services I have ever used. I am a web designer, and had a static HTML site on it. The site went down, and they blamed me for it. Also, when I tell them something is wrong, they say it is my fault.

    I don't have any answer. From long time I've been puzzled with this hostgator. I tried to use this one but I am not sure that whether it is good or not. After you have a research if you are allow me to know which one is the best. And why is it so? I will be very glad. Thanx:confused:

    I do not use Hostgator. I have no idea abou hostgator.
    There are some other hosting companies also available with good schemes.

    I have used swanwebtech for a couple of years now and found they are very reliable and very resonably priced. To my knowledge they have had no down time whatsoever.
