Is higher PR means higher traffic?

    Hello all,

I have a blog, I updated the content frequently and now its PR4, but I only get less than 20 hits daily in average... so I got 2 questions :

    1. Is higher PR mean higher traffic? (I guess not 'eh  )
    2. How can I boost traffic for my sites?

Thanks in advance for the sharing.

higher pr means you may rank higher on serp, not necessarily.

If your traffic is purely from serp, then higher pr might drive higher traffic.

You can boost your traffic with adwords, it is expensive but effective.

I wouldn't advise adwords for a begginer but it is a good method of bringing traffic.

Higher PR only means more frequent Goglebot crawling and possibly higher selling price for links.

You have to start somewhere even as a beginner. I would start with a very low budget, even $10-20 a month and start learning what works. Adwords and the tools with it is a good way to start leaning about what keywords are being used.

Keep your bids low, and keep you ads very specific to the trafic you want. Only increase when you are sure that the click you are recieving are really paying off

You are right about starting somewhere... 10-20$ is ok for a begginer...

I'd say yes and here's why.

PR, no matter how small a roll, it plays a roll in the Google algo, and that tiny push it may give might just push you up a spot in the SERP, thus more traffic.

The higher your PR the more or better links you have and they can provide traffic so since PR and links go hand in hand it can reflect on your traffic.
