I have more than 700 backlinks from good websites. Can it be true, that I have PR2. My website is www.psdeluxe.com

Before I give my opinion I'd just like to point out that I don't know this to be fact, obivously there's no way I ever can because of how secretive Google is with its intricacies, however from my experience I can say that in the first few months of a site going live, the PR does tend to bounce around a little bit while Google decides what it makes of the site, then after a few months (depending on how many backlinks you have, how much traffic, the usual stuff) it will usually settle on 2 or 3, then will only increase when it detects a significant improvement in the amount and/or quality of the backlinks and traffic. However, (again I'm purely saying this from my own experience) from what I can derive, if the quantity/quality of backlinks doesn't improve at all, then the PR will drop. You must maintain the steady stream of backlinks and traffic you already had just to keep the PR you got, if you stop gathering backlinks and let the site lie dormant for a while, the chances are your PR will drop.

3 days ago Google traffic almost disappeared from one my web site (web directory, PR4).
But today it is back again!
And I see no change on my other sites, even PR change.
Let's wait, maybe it will be clear soon..

Lol, my serps have been bouncing up and down. Pretty much Google is dancing with me, bounced me off the first page for a day as well. I seen no change in PR though.

I notice that it is almost unpredictable when Google makes an update of its PR. People were saying the update takes place every 3 or 4 months. This is no longer true. Google responds to situations and makes changes without a timeline.

I just check my website pages PR and saw that 90% of all sections and categories on my website have PR2, that is good for categories and sections, but my homepage have also PR2. Is it possible that my homepage PR is similar as categories and sections - PR2? something strange with PR on my homepage :(
