I have started to notice some PR changes on my blog categories but my blog home page is still PR0! May be that's because I am running text link ads? I wonder should I remove the ads so the blog gets a PR update? I'm going to remove TLA for a few days. What PR can I expect for my blog homepage as my categories are having PR1?
First, Pagerank is always changing real-time, this is behind the scenes and not visible to webmasters. The Pagerank value you see in the Google toolbar and on data centers is just that; a current visible Pagerank number. This number does not reflect the actual Pagerank value, this visible Pagerank is updated every 3 to 4 months, end of march, mid april is the next update zone.
Well, PR depends on inbound and outbound links to the page. so, try to get good quality links for your page. And Yes google is strict towards paid links if these links are identifiable [].
But hell TLA makes me good money I want to put it back soon as I get the update. Do you think there's a chance that Google will decrease the rank again?
I have stopped hoping for a new update of PR. PR obsession is no longer healthy. I just go on developing my sites and make friends with people online. Let Google do its job and I will do my job.
Because PR becomes the trend of buying and selling and the great reason is linkexchange many are looking on PR before LE... PR is updated every 3 to 4 months maybe it is just and update in one of google datacenters Try using livePR checker if it really updates... http://livepr.ezer.com/
It is too early for a pr update (the last one was in january), how do you guys don't know the datacenters are just messed up?
One of my sites is showing PR7 on 72.14.203.* on the iweb PageRank Checker http://www.iwebtool.com/pagerank_checker I doubt the PR7. But another site is showing an increase to PR1 from PR0 on about half the datacenters
