Absolutely, I would love to be on the main page but Google's last update caused my main keywords to rise to 16 and since Google raised my site to a PR6 on my main page all of my side pages get pushed up in the rankings for various key words and searches even though many of my side pages are just a PR2,3,4 or 5.

The top level page is highly figured in ranking my sub pages. I know this because Google has twice swicthed to my main page with a "www" in front of it which is not the norm for Blogger blogs. That page is only a PR4. When that happened all of my side pages dropped off the radar too.

Each time this happened Google corrected it within the week. I did let them now each time. I think this is something they have been working on.

    Best of luck.

Well today's quite the special day for me... The morning started at around 4:30 am with one of the few stocks I own ADSX getting a 30% share price increase from a U.S. Senate boost for it's RFID "Digital Angel" tracking product then when I went to check on my tracking stats I discovered my MSN traffic nearly doubled overnight for some "Christmas keywords". Todays SE SERP share is:

    MSN Search 47%
    Google 26%
    Yahoo 22%
    Other Sources 4%

On Tuesday 112905 MSN pulled 24%. The numbers do flux daily but I must say... I'm blown away by today's results... I hope others are experiencing some positive numbers as well...

Of course as is usual with stocks there was a bit of a sell-off today but only about 25% of yesterdays gain...

The excellent SERP traffic from all three major SE's continues but more so from MSN. Almost 50% referrals today... all time high from MSN. Anyone else getting additional Christmas traffic yet..?

the question of this thread should read:

"Who doesn't have Google as their main referrer??"

Google traffic has crawled to a halt in my case. I used to get all my traffic from goog, but now i get nothing. My biggest search engines are yahoo, and msn.

I don't know what to do in order to get my google traffic back. Something tells me to simply wait it out. And that's what i'll do.

Most blogs would have seen a decrease in traffic from Google, except if you're being found through Google's new blog search. I think that's the primary reason, they want to separate blogs from content sites. Maybe I've just had bad luck with a blogging platform that got flagged in Google for spam related issues. On my blogs I get most traffic from MSN. On content sites, Google by far.

Once Google picked up my site and indexed it, it quickly overwhelmed all the other search engines. And this is without any SEO on my part. Google just sends more traffic because more people uses it. There's nothing else to say.

Things really started accelerating around the 1st of December for my website network. My Google traffic ultimately returned to about 88% of it's pre-Jag status but the real surprise was in the expansion of referrals I'm receiving from MSN for my Christmas Music websites. Granted this will be a seasonal flux but I seem to be getting more traffic from MSN now than I ever received from Google pre-Jag. Current results as of today as follows:

    MSN Search 53%
    Google 24%
    Yahoo 20%
    Other Sources 3%

Anyone else getting any holiday SERP perks for their December referrals..?

Just for the 3 big SE's

    Yahoo is 66%
    MSN is 20%
    Google is 17.5%

What is really bizarre (in a good way) is my traffic from Google hasn't gone down, its just the others have gone up.

The last Yahoo update 3-4 weeks ago I have seen a huge spike in yahoo traffic.
