I wonder if awstats is showing you unique page views while google shows total clicks.

How can they be stealing from you when they give you more clicks than AWstats does? Smile and be happy :D

Well you have to pay for the clicks...So if Google is showing more clicks than you really got...you have to pay more than necessary...

Run a report which saw the fraud clicks, on the report center maybe this is the answer! also use some other analytics!

of course its adwords, not adsence

i have to pay all clicks

if i pay 111 clicks but only got 52 clicks, that's stealing :)

pagead2.googlesyndication.com shows only the ppl which came from google content network (adsense). What about the ppl which came from search results?
BTW AdWords will always shows you more clicks, but in most cases it's only 10% difference.

Not all Content clicks come in with referrers - I also see a bunch of Google, Yahoo, and MSN search clicks that come in without referrers - it's nothing to worry about. If you're truly concerned, set up a different landing page & track the number of hits to that page separately - it should be within 10% of Google's reporting.

Yeah you are not going to get everything on a single referer. You need to look at all your traffic.

My adwords received some credit this month. I guess it was from invalid clicks? My statement has an adjustment on it in my favor. Nice!

Yup. That AwStats referral is only for the content network.
