i think Google may be start a pair PR plan mean spending some $s u can get PR...........

Ha this made me laugh. Google would never agree to such a manipulative system. They don't need to the money for starters and if they did need the money they would have so many other options for example selling one advertising space on Google's home page would sell for millions each week if they were ever to consider it.
