I might be jumping the gun, but I have never waited longer than a week to a get a new site indexed. Have a new site fresh content site, that has been sitting for over a week and half and still not in Google index. It has a couple of PR5 links pointed to it and a couple pr 4's and I have done everything else needed to get it indexed.
I had a brand new site with no content and no backlinks get indexed in a day or so, without even trying (it just found it on its own, I guess)... Something must be up.
Yeah I have submitted to google webmaster, submitter site-map, submitted to all major search engines, added high pr links.. and the site has 100% original content, SEO'd ect etc.. Hopefully the domain is not banned I did find a site on the domain back in 2006 that looked a little spammy, but not enough to get banned.
yes, you are right, this time , google takes longer than usual to indexed into the search engine. you are not the only one to experience this.
ya, its being weird w/ me too. Takes wrong info almost a week later after it was posted. wrong stuff =/ o well
Link your brand new site to a blogger blog and submit the site to google webmaster and verify it....that will help you!!
you are not alone. I am waiting for 12-13 days to indexed. I have also did everything, google webmasters, another good pr sites point new one but nothing happened. And not using blogger or wordpress
if u have fresh content then use social bookmarking sites specially digg.com i bet u r website or blog will be listed in less then 24 hours.
It bit slow currently, but good enough. For my new website all internal pages of my website get indexed first in yahoo, than msn and than google,
I am using WordPress and I mostly get my new pages indexed just in few hours to one day... And I am ok with it and I don't consider it as slow.
Yes it is strange, i am using a custom .php site, with about 65 pages of new original content. I have double checked metas, I think google must be changing up something I hope.
What about googles cache, how often does it update that or should i say refresh to display whats really on the site and not what used to be?
