Is Google Showing Old Results? Traffi Down

    Hey,

Many of our websites (around 100+ of them) are showing a very decreasing traffic trend for this Monday as compared to last Monday.

We checked the rankings. We are seeing that most of our sites have moved back to their old rankings which we were seeing 6 months or 12 months back.

The traffic is down around 30% on all of them.

What I want to know is that whether its us alone who have got this issue (then may be some penalty) or somebody else also seeing it (then some algo change or some gotcha).

    Regards
    -Jim

Simple reason, Google enables Panda Algo to all English Speaking pages so almost all website hit by them and we would see traffic drop for 95% webmasters! Google doing well job but doing proper manner! For example, I have a niche site and we break news for my niche and other site including official website copy from us but now they ranked ahead of me.:D That's most worst updates done by Google specially .co.in pages!

I also see similar result with one of my website... ex. Recently Google images were not showing in top5 result for last few month and all the result for this keyword have same result as it were 5-6 month back.
Seem.. Google is doing something internally.

You've been hit by the Panda update. I also have, seeing traffic drop about 60% across all sites. It might be time to hang up my boots, as I think Google are now putting the big hitters ahead of the small time players.

Hmm. Seems like Panda only. But the only thing I am worried about is that the site which are not ranking above us (other than wiki) is total crap. I don't know how this Panda shit moved that up.

Its funny.. Anyways.. Time to work harder and get it up again. Never say die...

They must have bribed Panda with more bamboo shoots OR, Panda still hasn't turned his deadly gaze upon them.

You are right.. I have seen this panda update is not perfect......................even worse sites are ranking well.
Anyway, as you told.. time to re-plan & work harder.

You've most likely been hit by the recent Algo update, it's a shame but it's about time garbage websites were thrown into a hole and buried, users don't need them and neither do Google.

Too bad but just like more Google algorithm change, it is not perfect! For many black hat users and spammers, it is really hard to come up with a fair for all search engine algo.
