Whenever I contact AdWords support they take a few days to reply (if they ever reply) with useless info. I always get my questions answered by helpless Indians. I've checked their forums where there are some of their Indian reps answering questions, and I've noticed that most advertisers that face troubles with their AdWords accounts are non-US advertisers. Does AdWords give a "special" treatment for US advertisers? Does AdWords provide "third class" service to "third world" advertisers?
Since Google's Origin is US and founders are US Citizens.. They luv there country just like Indians loves Indians... Networks like Rediff, supports india and they listed almost all cities of India
First of all, judging by country is clearly not racist. EVERYONE outsources Tech Support to India, it's cheap. And that's not Google's fault.
well you can say soo its not about loving but its business they think they will get more business from USA rather than than Asia and getting US customers satisfied is more important than satisfying Asian customers so in a way yes they are !
Most of the business come from USA. So, its make sense that they concentrate on USA. It is business, right way. Do you think that they need to prefer Somalia !!! Its business my friend Thanks
As more and more Indians finally enter into the world economy, I notice more and more statements that they somehow feel shortchanged or discriminated against by companies that are not based in India, or run by Indians. Google is not racist, that is a ridiculous statement..but it is a big world and it does not revolve around Indians as things may in your own country...it doesn't revolve around anyone. It revolves around money. It's funny to hear a person from India complain about customer service or tech support, form India...basically calling it "Third Class" service...how do you think others feel about being directed to the other side of the world to get support from an American company ?
