Is google paying for impressions now?

I don't get a lot of click throughs on my google ads. But they get shown a lot.

I noticed yesterday I got paid under 50 cents for no clicks on my ads. Today under a dime for no clicks. I have never noticed this before. Has anyone else notice this or have and information on it?

yes, adsense has CPM advertising involved in part of their platform.

Thanks disgust. I have just never noticed it before.

If you have a few minutes can you recomend where I should place my google banner so it is more "clickable". I have it at the top but have no idea where or how to place it on my board.

yes google pay for cpm. but i didnt earn .50 cpm anytime. sometimes .10$ for me.

Mahumba - you need to put your add into your design, at its current location, people will just scroll right pass it.

Put it where it says "Welcome Guest".. and blend the ad in with the background

 

google is paying for your impressions. there is cpm at your adsense panel . that shows your impression earnings

 

Google isn't the one paying you. It is the advertisers paying you, through Google. It's all up to the advertisers. If they want to pay for impressions, then they can do so. Most pay per click, though.
