Is google now releasing search numbers?

OK, if this is old news please forgive me.

The last time I used to google keyword tool was a while ago. When I used it, you did not get search numbers for all of the keywords. It just said things like: "High search volume", "Medium Search Volume".

Now I noticed there are actually numbers there. It says approximate but this is still very helpful info.

Is there something I've missed over the last several months?

 

happend about 2-3 months ago, but I onyl found out about a month ago myself. It's much better than the old High, Medium, Low search volume, you can actually get a feel for visitors and niches this way

I'm surprised it took me so long to find out.

Have you used it? I think it is better than adwords keyword tool and google trends.

 

Yes they have and there's now no need to use Wordtracker or any other paid services.

 

I just found about this a couple days ago. Its pretty cool to be able to see the number of results for a given word
