Yeah it's a scam, I seen it on youtube others have been complaining that they charge your credit card twice and send you fake kit.... so I would be careful with this website.
Most of the US people knew about this Google Money System which is not related with Google Adsense or Google Adwords but they are using this marketing technique to earn money themselves. Am I right?
I assume you mean about some prank ebook or e-course about make money with Google and not referring as Google checkout. If so then I would say it is a scam artist but depends on how you are looking at it as well. Whatever they are saying but a simple rules to make money with Google is - Gain quality targeted traffics form Google to your quality website and got some convert.
I heard about Google Money System which is doing by US people and they sell some kit which is related to Google Adsense And Google Adwords. But It might be scam but Google Adsense and Google Adwords is the fantastic way to make money.
you can use PayPal scam, you can use Google Checkout scam too. The system itself has no problem, just people abuse it
Be careful from all these scams and always check reviews before using any payment processor but if you are talking about Google Checkout then its cool, don't worry about this
