Is Google keywords tool still available to use?

I have been using Google ad keyword tool for keywords suggestion and research, but recently I can't even open the page correctly. I am wondering if it is the problem of my browser or the tool itself. Anybody knows that? Thank you for the help.

They changed the format recently. Does it just look different to you?

But before doing that clear your cache

 

Make sure in the top right corner of the page you click on the link that says "previous interface", or something like that, and it will take you to the original keyword external tool.
