Is Google Keyword suggestion tool really reliable?

I am having serious problems with the "low quality score, ads may rarely show" appearing on my keywords.

I am surprised that the ads are not showing. I actually solely used the Google keyword suggestion tool to research for my keywords. And the keywords i found were based on my choice of Max CPC ($0.05) and ads positions respectively. So i used them & it really took me ages to get them.

Unfortunately the keywords (which i found from Google keyword suggestion tool) are telling me in my campaign that they are of low quality score.

I actually used the Google's website based research keyword tool first to find the keywords related to the site and then used them in the Google keyword Suggestion tool. So these tools, i think, cannot be wrong. So i now begin to wonder what really the problem is, can you help me out?

Note: None of the ads in my campaign are dissaproved.

    Thanks

I think it is worthwhile looking around at different keyword tools other than simply relying on Google's keyword suggestion tool.

It is often worth actually spending money on a keyword tool in order to ensure that your research is as accurate as possible and you are able to use this rsearch to get the most from your PPC campaigns.

Thanks for that but i do have Keyword elite and i do not really get what i really want from it. The keywords it gives me are kind of expensive, well above $0.50 on the average.

i kind do always have this problem with quality score, i do not understand why this happens.
