Is google insane?

    how I deal with it? I never used the word "Facebook" at my adsense account, dont know what are they saying. below is the image of my channels. now im thinking better to turn off "Target-able", they can ban my account. I know they are crazy

    That's happens when you deal with a monopoly! What a rubbish automated response, wouldn't it be nice to have some bespoke communication from these guys!

    What do you expect them to do, write a personal email to everyone who CHOSE to sign up for their services? They don't owe you that.

    Completely agree with you, it would be untenable for google to adhere to a "total communication policy." But on this occasion, it looks like there has been a genuine error on Google's part and Google should be accountable for it. Granted the response was automated, but the customer should warrant further feedback should they request it.
