Is Google indexing Warez Sites? Or delete Warez sites?

Hello guys, is google indexing warez sites or delete??

I don't think that warez site want to appear on google, and if so, I think that google won't index it because the simple fact that warez is illegal.

lol. Google indexes all sites as long as they dont mess around with google (as in use black-hat tricks)

i have seen many Warez sites on google

even few USELESS warez sites like fullreleases,fulldownloads,etc are also crawled
i think there is some type of setting with google with these sites

 

If these warez sites weren't so proliferent, programmers won't waste so much time bloating up our software with copy protection and annoying schemes like phoning home each time you change a ram chip.

Sigh.

I mean search "insert illegal site here" on google and you'll see it 9-10 times

 

I have never come across any google terms that they will not index so and so sites.

only when the webmaster decides Google will not index or crawl their site. But i have heard that if they want to ban a URL they will make sure that even if u search with the domain name u will not see it
