    why you need to block them ? put some meta description, keywords, and ad some content to the page. they will ban you if you put their ads in pages without content.

    you get that kind of ads only if you have pages devoided of text, or other exceptional situations.

    You can, but you not have to, you can have few content but need difference topic on 1 page if your website need less content.

    Google ads aren't served from google.com, rather from googlesyndication.com.
