My site was in top on rankings a week ago, suddenly i found Google removed my ranking of all keywords. I think Google penalized me, now when i am searching my site domain on Google it is not showing my sites result. But when i am checking my analytics there i am getting results from my targeted keywords. and strange is what!!! my URL is a suggestion of Google search.. What you say???? Suggest something...
you can link your 's url on such social site where user can click on your link such as Blog Comments and provide link on social networking site.........
Yes jivens,, Day by day they are doing different thing. It might be good for experts but for new peoples its a headache..
If your website is penalized its probable that you still see information about the previous position of your website on Google Analytics. But it will be changed after some days and you see the exact information about your website on Google Analytics. If you are penalized, i suggest you to make some quality backlinks for your website and change the content of your website to return to previous position.
Feel sorry for you, anyway you need to double your effort to climb up SEPR in the future, my advices is make some quality backlink from high PR site, never forget update your site as usual with unique content google will love it
Google this, Google that. Seriously, when our rankings go down or if we get 'penalised' without any concrete evidence, we always tend to blame Google. But what if your rankings were soaring sky high? Would you still say that Google is faking us? pfft. Gather your data first, look at the findings and find out why YOU have gone down. Don't go on blaming Google all the time and look at the things that you've done first.
Yep. And another thing is look at your content, is it quality? If it's NOT quality enough, why blame Google if you're not ranking well? Google only wants to rank websites that are most relevant to the search request! BTW, I have been seeing many cases these days of Google penalties, but seriously, if you have a great website with authority, why should you worry?
Google Search result is not static they change time to time most probably quarterly. Continue SEO activity on your site you can definitely get better result with your site in Google.
hmmm, it could possible, but for more than 1 year a site is staying in top 3 position and one day suddenly you found that your sits business goes nill, what will your reaction. Well what about my 1 year effort, and even i don't know why my site penalized. I think tried to made quality website, no copied content with good English, as per the adsense rule, i never did too many submissions because i was already on top position, so i never did too much effort to get top rank through backlinking. then why Google penalized me?
So for the entire year? You've done nothing? No onsite tweaks or anything? You might be thinking that you can do little now because you're already on the top? Guess what? Your competitors aren't sleeping and they're doing more than what you're currently doing. As for your website, I honestly don't believe that you haven't done anything to it that would get you penalised for NO apparent reason.
i don't say i didn't do any thing, i was working on page and off page but not too heavy manner. But this 0 work is not a reason to get penalized i think.
I agree with haveseo. If your site penalize then increase quality backlinks that helps to your previous ranking position.
Then it might have something to do with the onsite page tweaks, have you done any changes with the content as well? or on the meta tags perhaps?
This is happening to one of my old website almost every month. Google SERP is acting weird as always.
Meta tags aren't likely your problem. Make sure you haven't linked out to any spammy sites. Make sure your site is indexed properly - type site:yourdomain.com into google. If your pages are not listed at all, you have been banned from the index - then you need to make absolutely sure you haven't used any "funny" tactics, such as hiding keywords or text in your HTML code so that visitors can't see it, you haven't linked out to any spammy sites, your pages are indexable (you haven't blocked google out with your robots.txt file), and then when you think your site is not spammy anymore, submit a "reinclusion request" using Google webmastertools. Good luck!
